Anderson-Dixon assembled a team to design this oceanfront parking lot which also included a seawall, restrooms, picnic area, and a dune walkover.  Anderson-Dixon was able to accommodate the needs of the City and County, maximize the number of parking spaces, and create an attractive facility for the local residents and visiting  tourists.
